Actress and model Carla Delavigne is openly talking about her “sexual fluidity” since 2014, but only in a recent interview she discovered why she did not always feel good in her skin.
In a conversation with RuPaul Charles and Michelle Visage in their show What’s the Tee, Delavigne revealed that she grew up with Disney movies and that she always wanted to be like some of the princesses of the movies.
“I’ve learned a lot of lessons from Disney movies,” a star began, stating that she still encountered a big problem when she tried to identify with them.
Namely, according to her words, the more she grew up, she realized that women or men, in particular people, did not attract them, but people in general, and that she always had a problem with herself, because in Princess movies they were always in love with men.
“I could never accept my sexuality. I always thought something was wrong. In movies, the princesses always loved men, I thought that if I did not attract the opposite sex, I would never be able to be a princess, “she admits.
Immediately afterwards, RuPaul began a conversation about sexual fulness, stating that we are all less sexually fluent, and that Disney could make a big change if she would include LGBTQ + characters in her films and cartoons in the future.
“It’s very important for the younger generation, people have to understand that it’s okay to be gay and that it’s okay to be fluid,” Delavigne said.
